Made from the South African "red bush", Rooibos is a caffeine free herbal tea naturally rich in essential minerals and comparable to Green Tea in the amounts of polyphenols it contains. Bring water to boil and let it stand for one minute. The water temperature should be between 165-170 degrees. Then pour over Rooibos leaves using a fine mesh infuser about 1 tsp. per 8-12oz. . Steep five to eight minutes. Remove the leaves from the tea before drinking. This will stop the leaves from steeping, allowing you to use them again.
