Suggested Use As a dietary supplement For max absorption, dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed. Adults and Children 12 years and older 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. Children 4 to 11 years 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours.
