Suggested Use As a dietary supplement HOT Pour freshly boiled water over the teabag. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. ICED Pour 2 cups of freshly boiled water over 4 teabags. Infuse 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water then serve over ice. - Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
