Suggested Usage  As a dietary supplement, take one Vcap daily with a meal.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Vitamin D and Calcium supplements.
 
Other Ingredients  Rice Flour, Cellulose capsule , Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate vegetable source and Silica.
