Natures Answer Black Cohosh Root (Cimicifuga racemosa) is a perennial that grows as large as eight feet, and favors shady spots in woods and shrubby areas. You can easily identify it by its creamy white or yellow flower spikes. Black Cohosh is found in Eastern Canada and the US. It grows as far south as Florida and is also found growing wild in Europe, having been self-seeded from cultivated plants.
Suggested Usage: take 1/2-1 mL (14-28 drops) 2 times a day in a small amount of water
