Suggested Usage Dissolve 2 teaspoons into an 8 oz. glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach 20 minutes before a meal . Keep tightly closed after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Take 8 tablets with cold water or non-acidic juice as a supplemental beverage. do not take with hot liquids-foods . Recommended 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach.
