Stannum metallicum 3C Tin - cough, chills and lessens mucus.

Suggested Usage Do not use more than directed. Do not take with food. Take every 4 hours and reduce with improvement. Adults and children 12 years old - 10ml or 2 teaspoon. Children 6 to 11 years old - 5ml or 1 teaspoon. Children 2 to 5 years old - 2.5ml or 1/2 teaspoon.
