Yunnan, China is known as the birthplace of tea. Many ethnic tribes in this majestic mountainous region have cultivated tea since the Dian Dynasty (279-107 BCE).
Bring fresh water to a boil and pour over a bag of Chinese Breakfast. Steep 4-5 minutes while keeping your balance. This tea is strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.
