GPC is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and the membrane constituent phosphatidylcholine. Research suggests that it is more bioavailable than other forms of choline for the maintenance of learning and memory.

Other Ingredients:gelatin (capsule), cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silica. Contains soy.
