One of the most popular herbs for years, Echinacea is the go-to herb for immune support.* It was regularly used by the Native Americans, and even the early settlers who also adopted Echinacea for their health.
Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) also known as purple coneflower, is a perennial herb that is native to the central to southeastern areas of the United States. While it only grows wild in the US, it is widely cultivated in Europe. The plant grows up to twenty inches in height, producing large, beautiful, daisy-like purple flowers. The cone of the flower is prominent and distinctive. All species of echinacea naturally contain beneficial compounds called phenols.
