Eucalyptus Oil

Eucalyptus possesses many healing properties. In Australia, aborigines prepared a tea from eucalyptus leaves for fevers. Therefore, it is often referred to as the Australian Fever Tree. Eucalyptus Oil was used as an antiseptic on urinary catheters in 19th century British hospitals. It is also known to be helpful for relieving muscle soreness, colds and other respiratory disorders.

Eucalyptus Oil is obtained by the steam distillation of leaves and is standardized to contain 80% Eucalyptol.
