Suggested Usage Adults take three 3 softgels in the morning prior to breakfast and three softgels in the evening prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass 8 oz of water with each serving. If stools are loose, reduce the number of softgels in the morning or evening. Maintain optimal water intake throughout the usage of this product. Do not use for longer than 10 days in a row.
