Suggested Use

Do not rinse. Bring 1 cups water, 1 cup of rice, and pinch of salt to boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for a few minutes. Fluff & serve. A rice cooker may be used with the same water-to-rice ratio. 1 cup raw rice yields 3 cups cooked rice.
