Organic rosehip (Rosa canina) oil is renowned for preventing long-term facial skin damage and can be applied as a serum after cleansing. It contains trans-retinoic acid, which contributes to its effectiveness. Though native to Europe, rosehips were introduced to Chile in the 1800s and have been harvested there for over a century. The intense harvest season involves special tools and protective gear to gather the hips from thorny bushes. The hips are then dried, and their seeds are cold-pressed to produce the oil.
Suggested Usage: Dot on face after cleansing as a serum.
