Product Description
Natural Factors Sleep Relax Formula is a synergistic blend of calming herbs that help with occasional sleeplessness. Historically-valued Valerian root extract (0.8% valerenic acid) calms and relaxes the nerves. It is frequently found in European over-the-counter sleeping aids. Passion flower, scullcap and hops have been historically used to promote sleep.
Suggested Usage: take 1 capsule, 1-3 times per day
