Suggested Usage Take 2 capsules nightly 30-60 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-12oz of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse Night about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
