Uva Ursi was first used by Welsh physicians in the 13th century. Uva Ursi leaves were officially a drug for urinary antiseptic in the United States Pharmacopoeia and the National Formulary from 1820 until 1950.
Suggested Usage take 3 capsules twice a day with food and a full 8 ounce glass of water. Not recommended for long-term use
