Sodium Borate, Sodium Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sesquicarbonate, Olive Oil, Essential Oils of Mandarin citrus madurensis , Neroli citrus bigaradia , Lavender lavendula vera , Mace myristica fragrans , Vetivert vetiveria zizanoides , Tangerine citrus nobilis , Peru Balsam myroxylon pereirae , Herbal Extracts of Artemisia Leaves a. vulgare , Valerian Root v. officinalis , Poppy Pods eschscholzia californica , Chromium Oxide, Trace Mineral Salts

Directions Add 1/3 to one packet to drawn bathwater. Swirl with hand to dissolve. Relax into the warm water 100 o -105 o and breathe in the calming aromatics. Have the bed prepared and comfortable. After a 15-20 minute soak, towel off lightly and go directly to bed.
